"Had an appt scheduled for 3/5 and it was cancelled because he was sick. No big deal. What is a big deal is that I was told I could drop off our taxes and so we swung by Friday at our schedule appt time that evening and door was locked. Went again Saturday, door was unlocked and alarm going off. There are questions that need answered when filing our taxes or something will be missed. They wouldn’t reschedule us for over 6 weeks even though it wasn’t our fault it was cancelled. This is already after waiting 5 weeks to get an appt. The secretary or assistant or whoever is rude. Zero accommodations for the inconvenience they caused."
