"This was my first time in recovery, and the experience was superior for the entire 30 days I spent there... They do allow you to really want for anything... The "Group Facilitators" or instructors are extremely caring and knowledgeable... The kitchen staff is great and provide healthy well prepared meals... The 'Tech" employees, or (guardians of the halls) are very nice and respectful, of course there are rules to follow, don't get hung up on that; the rules are there for a reason and they are directed to enforce them, I refer to them as the "tablet people"... You will see why when you get there... Whether going it alone, referred by a doctor, psychologist, or an employer; it has obviously been noticed that could use some help... Don't put it off, you have the GP rest of your life waiting on you to get better in mind and body... I highly recommend Findley Recovery Center... Rick, Brazil - Indiana"

"Findlay Recovery Center has changed my life forever. This was my first time checking myself in, at 21. They have been here for my ups and my downs. The staff truly cares and most understand, the food is unbelievably sufficient for a recovery center. 10/5 stars if I could!"
"The staff at Findlay Recovery Center goes above and beyond to help their clients. Throughout my time here, I have felt so supported and valued as an individual. From the group facilitators and BHTs to the case managers and therapists, every staff member here works tirelessly to help everyone in the program. I would recommend FRC to anyone struggling in their addiction. This facility is an amazing place, and you will feel so supported and cared for throughout your recovery."
"I’ve put off writing this review for more than two years. While I am grateful for my sobriety I have resentments towards this place. I was told it would be a two week stay when in actuality it’s was 21 days here then to another facility for another 63 days. I am very happy with the care I got at the other facility and they are the reason I’ve been able to maintain my sobriety. However I was one of the first groups through this place and it was a mess. I feel I received hardly any therapy and groups had no direction. I arrived sober and still received enough Ativan that I don’t remember the first few days even though I asked for less. They repeatedly attempted to give me a medication that was not medically necessary. I was only able to speak to my family once my entire stay there. The caseworker didn’t help me with anything, it all had to be done at the other facility (work documents/std payments). The financial aspect, I was not made aware of any costs until I got home and found out exactly how much it all was. I have not received a single document from them about payment since 2021 and today I get a TEXT message from someone claiming to be a “financial advisor” that I’ve never heard of which I find incredibly unprofessional. Especially considering the high turnover in staff here it concerns me that they have access to my medical information and feel that is appropriate. If you’re trying to establish a payment plan I fully expect it to come from a reputable source not some text from an iPhone. The food was amazing though. Edit: I also want to get it out there that when you complete the program you are “strongly encouraged” to leave them a review here. I feel that is predatory on people that are clearly very vulnerable in early sobriety."
