"I got the 2 advances 1 for $100 and one for part of my refund. After all fees I paid over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, and before somebody from Titan tax get on here saying I did not is a lie. My state check plus over $750 of my Federal check gone. NEVER AGAIN THEY PREY ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. / Update on this review come to find out my tax preparer never even filed my state taxes and on top of all that they lost my W2s and now I'm having trouble getting a second copy from my old employer. Ugh FML. Payed them hundreds of dollars to find out my taxes are not fully filed."

"DONT GO HERE! Im reading the prior reviews and yes, everything is always good until someone messes up your refund. The young lady at this location (Paula) cause me to get an error on my taxes. Which we all know delays a return. How does a pro tax preparer not double check a child's SSN...one that was already in her system PLUS I supplied her with the actual return from the prior year. I kept getting an error from IRS saying the info didn't match...I called and asked her to double check my info. She told me SHE DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES! Then she finally got the error on her end and didn't bother to even tell me until I contacted her AGAIN. I asked to have the owner contact me, he obviously doesn't care about his clients and supports this behavior, because he didn't bother to contact me to apologize for her error. So if it's not too late and you can't do your own taxes..I suggest one of the more respected preparer's."

"I didn't get my state check also they charge u over a 1000 just to do yo taxes not adding the advance they give u. Terrible don't do it unless you really need money. Other than that wait"
