"I had a nail in my tire and trusty tire said I had a blowout and charged me for a tire instead of removing the nail and plugging the tire. I bought the tire that had said blowout to the place I bought the tire from and was told I didn’t have a blowout. My original tire was under warranty so it was fixed for free. Trusty tires do bad business."

"They sell bad tires they put the wrong tire on my car I brought a tire from them the next day I wake up the tire was completely flat. I called them and told them what happened. They told me there was nothing they could do. Tire was 45$ and a extra 5$ to keep the bad tire staff is beyond unprofessional"

"The fact they charge $5 for air tells you they sell bad tires. They Sold me a bad tire. When I came back they “diagnosed” it as needing a valve stem. 3 days later sure enough tire is flat again. It appears they have high turnover and hire anyone willing to do the job. also workers do not care I watch them toss my hubcap on the concrete so they could get to the Lugnuts. If it was their car they wouldn’t just be tossing parts to the side like it’s nothing…."
