"Really need to look into replacing an employee. My fiance went in last night and an older lady (I use that term loosely) was working and she was playing on her phone so he stood there. She looked up and said snottily "Can I help you?". He told her what he wanted, she sighed and rolled her eyes and rang it up. He swiped the debit card to pay and she mumbled under her breath. He said "Excuse me?" She said rudely again "You don't look like a (my name)" So he explained to her it was his fiances debit card. He shouldn't have had to explain anything to her. I WILL be calling and complaining to the manager. There is no need for her scoffing, rudeness and laziness."
