"This shop owner seem wolf in sheep clothing. Paid 430$ for 4 used tires. Never heard that expensive for used tires. Also they will charge for disposal 5$ fee extra for the each tires if you leave at their shop even if you replace it with their tires :( I was visiting my parent in Cincinnati. I was in situation where i have to replaced the tires otherwise i would never go for that expensive for used tires. . so they replace it and after 5 minute of drive low tire pressure tire come-up. I kept driving assuming it will goes away. Next morning, both driver side tires were flat. Put some air and headed to his shop in Hamilton which was 45minute drive from my parents home. I told him to give a refund or replace with new one since that was due to his negligence. He was straight on fire and bang on his wall showing me his refund policy. He told me not to teach him how to do business. I wasn't there to teach him any lesson i was there as customer whose money , time and safety was violated/wasted by his negligence. But he completely ignore my safety concern. So i don't have good option left, so i ended up replacing those two with another used tires. But that didn't gave me peace of mind and i just felt guilt. Instead of apologizing the customer he's rude and unprofessional. Note- I replaced my other car tires with a great condition tires for 250 for all 4 ."
