"This place is a good place for fresh meats. You may have to wait at certain times. Never had any issue with the meats but I bought Swiss cheese there that went rotten in a week. Cheese going rotten is usually a long time sitting around in the fridge for months issue. I did not complain but am shying away from the cheese. All else is good."

"We brought in two pigs for butchering; I was looking for an inspected facility to butcher them for sale to our customers, and they assured me they were inspected several times. They are a regular state inspected facility and did not make that clear the difference between that and ODA/USDA, even though we asked several times. They are friendly and seem to do a great job, just frustrated at 2 pigs we can't sell now."
