"The good: The place is clean. The staff (particularly Joseph, who I want to hire despite not being a business owner lol) is friendly. The bad: It's slow. Today it took 27 minutes for them to pull my car into the bay for a *scheduled* tire rotation. I hate to accuse them of this without proof, so I'll just say it is my suspicion that they double-book to counteract no-shows. I consider this to be a sketchy business practice for which I paid the price; I'd rather the guys bring a good book to read instead."
"Once again the guys backup the work. I had a bit of rust on one of the wheels and it caused a slow leak on my boat pulling Jeep. With final clean and winterizing only days away the team fixed her tire and she is ready for service. Thanks guys always a professional group, much appreciated. I have used them for over a decade and at four different stores in Ohio and everyone of the stores has a lot of great people who do the extras to make you and your love ones feel safe and secure."
