"Had the works package done which includes a multipoint vehicle inspection. Was told caliper service needs done on the front and rated all my brakes at the same excellent condition which is funny seeing how my back brakes were 2 days old and my front brakes have 105,000 miles on them yet to be changed since I bought the vehicle. Needless to say that inspection is complete garbage. Not to mention the huge increase in price. Might want your technicians to fill out the inspection properly."

"Brought in my truck after taking it to classic Ford twice with no results, in fact they claimed my truck was running normal ( which is so not true!). After wasting time and money I brought it to Preston and they immediately were attentive and actually listened to me. Within an hour or so they felt they found the problem. Ordered parts and installed. I was so grateful for their professionalism and excited to get my truck back. Unfortunately upon driving back to Mentor it started doing the same thing resulting in my returning and it’s back in the shop. I am sad that it wasn’t fixed but I am confident the mechanics will do all they can to find the issue and return it to its proper condition. "Originally went in for a weak AUX Battery in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from them late last year. Due to the prices and battery type I was suggested to go to a Jeep dealership instead. Because they would have the correct AUX Battery in-stock. So I ended up getting an oil change instead and left. The employees were very nice and helpful, especially the gentleman in the service intake bay. Which spent some time explaining the situation to me and made some suggestions. There also was a very pleasant woman that came into the waiting area and talked to me about my service, and if there was anything she could do to make my experience better. We sat and talked for a little bit which made the experience more personable and pleasant. All in all a solid 4/5 experience."
