"Literally never EVER coming here again. I have had so many issues with this place I am so done. When getting ANYTHING done, they push all of these other services and fixes on us that I KNOW are not necessary. I have a regular mechanic at home in Columbus, I only ever come here for oil changes because I live here now and it's close, but never again. I know they do this because I am a woman and think I do not know anything. In getting my tires, extra services were pushed on me, and even though I said NO to them numerous times over the phone, they still charged me. I had to go in to the store to get a refund. And then of course, upon leaving, the low pressure light went on in my car. The technician gave me attitude about it, blamed me/said it was probably a nail, but upon looking, they discovered they put the tire on wrong in the first place and had to redo it. Today, I scheduled an oil change and they did not take the car back for over an hour and a half, and upon complaining, the technicians were not apologetic at all and said that happens. When you make an appointment, they ask whether you are dropping off or waiting on it, WHY would you make a customer wait over an hour and tell her "that's just how it is." What is the actual point in making an appointment anyways??? The Goodyear I go to in Columbus has it done in 20 minutes tops when I make an appointment and choose to wait for it, and they are just as busy as this location. I am never coming back, these people suck. If you are a woman, go somewhere else or you will shell out an exorbitant amount of money on things you don't need."
