"I am a new business owner and needed assistance with taxes. This place was an absolutenightmare. I sent all the info they requested back on May 10th. I called, I went down and I sent emails every month. They never responded. Not until August. They tell me my info went to spam and they never saw it, but then they sent me a copy of the extension they filed. There are more attachments I sent, but I can't show them for privacy reasons. Then they reply, admitting they have the detailed paypal report that breaks down everything and I already explained how every bit of the money was used for the business, but say it's now my job to do everything and tell me I now only have 10 days left for them to e-file. Which in the very first email I explained I cannot efile due to needing an IP PIN. So! Avoid at all cost if you actually want your taxes done. If you want to start getting letters from the state and the IRS because your behind, then this is your place to go! What a waste now I have to send all this to another CPA to do my taxes. This place is a Joke."

"My wife and I went in to have our income taxes prepared for 2015. We had a complicated filing as we had sold a house, relocated from out of state, etc. But we warned of this when we made our appointment. Unfortunately, we were given a novice tax professional that just did not know what they were doing. I was able to google on the IRS website and show them tax code would have cost/save us thousands of dollars. About an hour of this and I apologized and told them it wasn't working out. They absolutely refused to return the paper with the copy of our SSN's on them despite having not done a single service for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
