"This company let's it's managers make fun of domestic violence victims for "not being able to afford their bills" and the district manager Ron will allow you to make partial payments and then will lie to police to have you unlawfully arrested after trying to receive your items. This company is absolutely disgusting and the district manager is a foul excuse for a human. He will hang up if you ask to speak to anybody above him and the entire comapny will tell you they have no corporate number. They will treat you however they please with ZERO accountability for it if they wish. Truly despicable people with zero moral integrity or decency."
"The facility is new and when I walked in I expected a mess. But I’m fact it’s was all set up and clean. There was water and coffee available for me, there was a move in special and Brandi and Tim were so nice! They offered me a tour and explained anything I asked."
