They made a mistake on my taxes from 2020 and I now owe, in the middle of 2022 while I’m trying to start my own business, $1000 that I don’t have. It gained 90$ in penalties and they offered to pay the penalty. That’s it. Horrible service, they shouldn’t be in business anymore."
