"Called for a quote on Workers Comp after being referred by Next. Spent 25 minutes answering questions and was told I'd receive a call back qith a quote. Call came to notify me It would take 24 hours for underwriters to review. Waited 27 and called back to be told they don't cover new companies. Tired of poor salesman who are afraid to confront the tough phone calls. I work in sales, and have for a long time. Susan I believe is his name. No email or return phone call is unacceptable."

From the receptionist who could hardly be understood do to some foreign accent, to her inability to do anything I asked. like asking for people by name to be transferred to, and she said she had no way to find out who that was. this a a major commercial insurance company! What if my company was involved in a claim and we needed to communicate with them? Stay clear of this one people. They couldn't even find where I paid my balance 6 weeks earlier, when another carrier of my company found a notice from them saying they received my check yet they never contacted me AND told me my policy was not in effect/ when it was,/ told me to e-mail the company and ask for the person by name."
