"I'll learn to butcher my own before going back here. I did not get my beef cut the way I asked for. They do not tenderize anything. I asked for the tongues but did not get them. This is the first time I ever had vacuum sealed packages. They took 2-3 packs per box of meat back inside and resealed them as we were loading. Almost every package bleeds out in the sink while thawing, so they are not sealed. They charged me $78 for cardboard boxes I did not need. I should have known something was up since they called me every week to confirm I was keeping my appointment. One of the guys in the back told me they were under new management and the place was going downhill."

"We purchased a whole hog and received 3 boxes of pork. Not at all happy with the product per money spent. They did not do what we asked with the ham as well. We Asked for 1 whole ham. All others sliced with 2 slices per pkg. Wasn't done. It was clearly written on order. I told myself when we purchased from them 2 or so years ago, I wouldn't get hog processed here again but was at least going to try them again to see if outcome was different. It was not. Not using them again."
