"Ladies and Gentlemen, if these members of the court do not assist you in your endeavors, simply recite Ohio Revised Code 2921.44. The sections B, D, and E are relevant here. Section B states; No officer, ministerial, or judicial officer shall negligently fail to perform a lawful duty in a criminal case or proceeding. Section D states; No public official of the State shall recklessly create deficiency, incur liability, or expend a greater sum than is appropriated by the general assembly for use in any one year of the department, agency, or institution of the State with which the public officials is connected. Section E states; No public servant shall recklessly fail to perform a duty expressly imposed by Law with respect to the public servant's office, or recklessly do any act expressly forbidden by Law with respect to the public servant's office. This is called Dereliction of Duty. To do otherwise is also Obstruction of Justice. ORC 2921.32; All sections of this code are applicable."
"Initially somewhat helpful, but poor communication, no help if it’s an emergency situation such as an eviction, won’t inform you until you ask yourself if any paperwork didn’t come through, will repeatedly ask you your story over and over and bounce communication around and I lost everything, home and all belongings and they still keep asking me for my story over and over but no court date or pressing any charges Im requesting or anything to help me get off the streets. Use them as an absolute last resort."
"Wasn't really effective for me it couldn't Meer my needs"
"They most definitely don't help with nothing!!!!!! The attorneys are of NO help, keep saying the same thing over and over again everytime they reach out to you. Useless attorney's!!! I had Paul Oklafor acting as though he was helping, yet he wasn't doing anything but saying the same thing over and over again, then he was supposed to set up a mediation which he never did, then he got frustrated because I called him out on his lack of working and getting things done. Then his manager finally calls me back after reaching out to her twice saying there is nothing they can do. They are so unhelpful it's not funny. Housing and living around others is a major issue, these people in these officers are there to collect a check and go home."
