"Mr. Andrews passed away the day our taxes were to be filled. Back in March, for some reason our state taxes was filled wrong. It is know July 1 and I still can’t get the office to fix the Problem or to refill them..I’ve even gone to the office and was told they would fix it, I have called them over 5 time and was told the same thing, I’m sorry for your loss, but hell refill my state return."

"This Company is a complete Joke. Totally unprofessional and rude. I'm in the middle of a divorce and they refuse to give me a copy of my 2016 joint tax return because Staci Large is friends with my wife. They have to give me a copy because my name is on it. Use this company at your own risk, they will take your money and generate a return missing many opportunities to save you money. You would be better off using Turbo Tax . If I could give them 0 stars I would. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAIR HONEST PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY OFFER NEITHER!!"
