"The store appears clean there's a wide selection if you're using a card whether it be debit credit card there is a series of buttons you must push to get through it while people stand in line staring at you wondering why it's taking you so long. So between that I mentioned and the fact that they don't carry my beer or my liquor which I guess is a fight to get they sit on Tuesdays it is what it is which is why I gave it the rating I did."

"On July 19 my son, his girlfriend, and I visited Needlers in Troy. I had heard good things about it. My son was here on a visit from NC, so I took him there. There were two clerks at the front of the store. My son politely asked where a certain liquor was. One of the men said he would show him where it was so we would leave him alone. He told my son to open his eyes and quit bothering him. He went on to treat us all poorly throughout the time we were in the store. We did not say or do anything to warrant the behavior, but he was the rudest customer service representative I have encountered in my 70 years of life. I won’t be going back nor will I recommend it to anyone else."
