"Terri herself was great the first time I filed, however when I returned the quality of service was extremely low. From 4/13/21 - 5/17/21 there was no contact. When I called I was told my taxes would be started 5/26 and an extension was already filed. I called 6/7 to check on the status of my taxes only to be told they haven't been filed and had no idea when they would be finished due to someone having an injury. This is the most unprofessional business I have encountered in a long time."
