"I had An appointment at 1:30. i called around 1:25 and told them I was down the road and having a little bit of car trouble They told me that was fine when I got At 1:37, They informed me That I would have to reschedule because they let the person ahead of me go. (I have been coming here for 4 years now and it normally takes around 2 hrs) And I just had major hip surgery which they were aware of 2 days prior so I was moving a little slow and they knew that as well. I was under the impression that when I called to tell them I would be a few minutes late that it was ok. When my girlfriend and i finally got home I asked my girlfriend to call and speak to the person in charge and when she was speaking to her she was very Unprofessional even though she was claiming to be Professional in having her business run a tight schedule. And Accused us of being loud and disrespectful to her staff. And the only thing that was said was on the way out the door I said I guess you're gonna lose our business other than that I was very calm and collective with the Situation.Then when my girlfriend tried to speak to her she told her she would not talk to her only to myself but as soon as I started to speak she continued to cut me off and then hung up. Would not recommend to anyone."
