"Ive just noticed some fake reveiws here. The atmosphere is very negative. There're many disgruntled employees, maybe 80-90% from my perspective in scroll machining. Too much lies and deceit to count, mostly at the time you get hired, then more unfolds as you learn how "things actually work". Take the job only if you're desperate or a rookie machinist."

"I was here for a 5 day training. We did the Emerson E2 Einstein Controller training. Compressor & breakdown training. We also did a tour of the manufacturing plant, how they build their Copeland compressors. What a neat plant, state of the art classrooms. The instructors were very informative and knowledgeable regarding their craft. Highly recommended if you’re in the HVAC/R supermarket industry. A Must do training courses. You will not be disappointed."

"They only give you one day of training, than puts you in your own area the following day. They expect you to know you have to work on a Saturday without even telling you. The area I was in was very loud to where you had to scream for the other person to hear you. Didn't like it at all. First union job, and will be last union job. The supervisor in the area I was in, Danielle, she tries to work with you. She's very easy to get along with, a very friendly person to talk to"
