"Put me on hold for about 10 minutes to tell me the prescription would be ready in 2 hours (30 minutes after leaving the Dr's office.) Went to pick up 3 hours after they said it would be ready, just to be informed that they didn't have the meds to fill the prescription and sent me somewhere else. They did not call, text, email, or post on their medical app. Shame on them. I just want to get my sick kid his meds so he can start feeling better."
"Both store locations suck. You get good technicians and some bad ones. I understand they are overwhelmed and under pure pressure but im tired of being treated like a criminal if you run out of your meds etc. Some are rude AF and literally take their anger at you. Etc. Either call you an addict for running out early or worse. I'm just tired of the abuse and neglect from the technicians end. They treat you like you're literally abusing your meds or just don't care. Etc. But they got other addicts out there who abuse their medicine. So the technicians take it out on regular people who need it. Especially if your on pain killers etc. The store it's self is ok. It's just majority of techs that don't know what they're doing at the pharmacy need fired if they can't handle the job. I have a disability and I'm literally too scared to call for a refill now. But sadly it's the closest one to home. :( Hope everyone else is experiencing this issue. Needs to be addressed."
"Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They apparently don't communicate with each other, get told one thing by one technician, and another thing by a different one. They almost never have my prescription ready when I need it, and constantly require verification on something I refill habitually every month."
"You sit in the drive thru for 45 mins and get to the window and they close the drive thru on you. They Always gets the wrong medicine, you call in there and the workers hang up on you. And instead of filling a prescription they send it to central filling because there lazy and dont want to do it themselves."
"This store clearly has too many patients cause it can’t keep up. Or their system is seriously flawed. But auto refills don’t get refilled. I called today cause I ran out of my long lasting insulin and told her I needed it cause I didn’t realize it hadn’t already been refilled until I ran out. She said it would be ready by 3. Nothing ALL DAY. So my sugar will be a mess tomorrow because of this. There are certain scripts I have to call in, which I do. But insulin?? Seriously?!?! Someone is not doing their job. After I get my scripts I just called into my doctor today, I am changing pharmacies. I have had many pharmacies in my life and Kroger is THE WORST. Get it together, Kroger! You could potentially kill someone with your mistakes. I only gave two stars instead of one because I’m a nice person and I do get what I need EVENTUALLY. And for the record, my son made this ridiculous name on Google."
