"Rename them to Usury Tax and Price gouging services. 6 years I’ve used them and this will be my last. For 20 years my grandmother has used them and this will be her last. With new management always comes a change in integrity and values. Sometimes for the better. Sometimes for the worse. With Williams, it was definitely for the worse. Not only are they inaccessible during most normal hours of the day, when they are accessible, they’re indifferent, condescending, and downright rude. They are totally uninterested in who you are as a person; you are simply another file with a dollar sign to them. Worst of all, they felt it was appropriate to raise their yearly price at higher rate than beef with inflation as their reason to blame ($80 to $110). When you point out their price inflated more than meat or cotton, they laugh. The word student has a totally different meaning at this establishment than anywhere else in the world. If you’re not living with your parents and have zero income, you’re not a student to them. College students, who student discounts were designed for, are deemed non students here. Plan on paying the updated price gouging rate. All in all, just get turbo tax and do not use Williams for simple tax preparation. Even for more complex tax filing tasks, there are better places in town and around the area. Places that will treat you more like a human being and less like a cash cow. Otherwise, you’re gonna pay an arm and a leg to subsidize the new owner’s vacation home"

"Come tax time... DO NOT USE!!! William's tax service in wapak ohio. There staff agent Brenda has done a couple family members of mine taxes for a few years now and each person has all had issues with her not getting our full potential refund back, or putting us in debt with the IRS, or flat out will make a mistake and tell you that she can't help you. WORST PLACE EVER."
