"I came here to do my tax return March of 2020 to do my 2019 tax return, The preparer did not ask me if I had health Insurance which she was suppose to ask me because me being unaware it was my first time filing a tax return to only get a letter in the mail around July to send proof of health insurance and I sent it but to only be left with more and more delays. I have been left on my own to deal with the situation, I have not received my refund nor a stimulus I am upset and frustrated because they were suppose to help me get my money but they just took my $100 payment and did nothing to help me get my refund. I feel as if Ive been robbed. Never coming back here again. They just take the payment to send your information but do nothing to help you receive your refund."
