"My wife and I were recommended by a family member to use this firm to compose our wills and a trust. We had an initial meeting and Mr. Richard Marco seemed very pleasant. He asked us questions that we would need to answer and summarized the meeting in an email that he sent to us. After the initial consultation we waited for several months to proceed because the cost was higher than what we were figuring. But finally, we told the firm to proceed with the compositions. We waited for well over a month before we received an answer and the response consisted of documents that had incorrect information. We responded with what needed to be corrected and have been waiting 60+ days with no response to our phone calls or emails. However, they certainly have had no issue sending us bills each month for work they have not completed. I am giving this firm two stars for initial friendliness but the follow-up and internal/external communication has been absolutely horrible. While I realize our experience is anecdotal, it is all I have to base any sort of judgement on. The amount of time and lack of response for the requested services has been not only completely unprofessional but also patently nonsensical. From this experience I would NOT recommend this law firm for any related services."
