"Very unhappy with this office. I had been a customer since 2009 with no issues. I uploaded all our docs online (Wife and I) on Feb 24th and called the office and asked if they could do my taxes. Was told same tax pro that did the taxes last year would do them this year. Received a message that taxes would be done Apr 6, but they never were. I called about 20 times since then to try to understand what was happening, and was told the tax pro would call me. Got the phone call on Apr 18 in the evening and was told my taxes would be done before midnight. They never did. I will never work with this office again and if you, whoever runs this office, read this message you need to learn to treat your customers better, specially those that always come back."
