"Do not use them if you have any special condition. I am here on a visa. The work with the company started well but then for three months they kept saying they had a problem with their software and couldn't finish the report. For more than three months I called and asked what was going on until on the last week of April I decided to fill out the forms by myself. It took me a few long hours but I ended up taking care of what they were supposed to do without being an accountant or anything. Luckily I ended up not paying them anything. But really, unless they are family, I wouldn't use them since they're basically incompetent and their customer service lacks transparency."
