"I call to check price of a basic tax preparation and the lady who answer the phone was very short, hurried and rude. Said she couldn't tell me and everyone else was busy, I get it. I ask if the H&R Block business was franchised she replied " Good Question" I see reviews were much better 3-4 yrs ago, but lately not so much. Your employees are what the public see and hears first and I would hope this is not the picture you want to leave them with. Some training might be needed or new people all together even if it's your family. I don't need an appt. to find out your estimated prices, I find it very inconsiderate that you all feel it's alright to waste my time."

"Fees are to high. I get just the minimum child credit for being a single parent of 3 little ones and this H&R block wants almost $600 to prep it. What robbery is this country coming to"

"The worst location I've even been to. Had an appointment arrived early but was fine waiting. Sat and sat till almost an hour after my appointment. The woman at the desk then came with a packet and paper for me to fill out, for drop off. That was not my intention but I had other engagements. This was on a Friday, then Monday I gave a call to see about my prep. The woman that answered the phone said she'll have the person call me. Wednesday after no call I called again and found out this woman hadn't started anything. She started that afternoon then called me that evening and said she needs info. I let her know I I was driving and had to pull over she said she was getting ready to leave and she didnt care weather I came in or went somewhere else."

Daniel Burns explained my return to me step by step and was very patient and kind. He was very knowledgeable and reassured me about my tax needs in the future. There were no interruptions, and he focused on my client needs, and it was completed in a very timely manner.
