"Great experience as always felecia peck"
"I have been a long-time H&R Block online user, almost a decade. After moving to Ohio last year, I decided to add the tax pro service to ensure everything would be double checked and accurate. I made the terrible mistake of selecting Felicia Peck as my Tax Pro; figured she's local and in Ohio. I filed my returns on March 6th... it's now April 21st and my state returns are still not filed!! Unresponsive, dismissive if I do get a response, and never stuck to scheduled appointments. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I spent over four hours on the phone with customer support, who escalated the matter to her supervisor, and all that did was result in me being told to mail my returns today... no guidance of what's needed, no apology for the horror show, no recourse for the money spent for the "service". I will never use H&R again."

"The receptionist was rude and gave me the rush job. I made a payment on my last years taxes and they had trouble locating the money. Thank goodness the tax preparer documented the transaction. I was told that I needed to make a payment before my tax could be done but did not know the exact amount needed. Price is extremely high."
