"Do not recommend! Unprofessional! We have been going here for years. Just this past year, we started getting all these letters in the mail from RITA and school district tax saying we owed from previous years. Tried contacting Joe through email, phone and even going to the office to see what was going on, just to be ignored and to never be contacted back. Clearly Joe messed things up while filing our taxes and didn't want to face his mistakes and fix the problems. It's been about 6 months and Joe still has not contacted us back. So disappointed and aggravated by how things ended for us."

"Horrible service!! My sister recommended him, called to make an appointment which told me they were busy and after tax day Joe goes on vacation. But they will File an extension to file and call me back once Joe gets back in town and I can do my taxes then. She calls me a month later to tell me he now has covid and that we will set something up when he’s better. She called me back again in two weeks which left me a message and I called her right back left her a message. That was the end of it. I never get a call back. I have called numerous times and stopped at the office twice. I’m very disappointed! at this point I have no idea if they even filed an extension. My guess is NO!! Which is why they are avoiding me. I’m going to be Penalised not sure how this guy is still in business they are so unprofessional."
