"Absolutely useless. I hired them for gun restoration and I NEVER heard from them. If I wanted an update I had to call them. The staff isn't the friendliest and Douglas' one assistant was down right rude! After almost a year of this going on I finally get a court date, I go to court only to find out that my hearing was canceled and no one called to let me know!! I wasted $13 parking. My disability is federal so there's nothing they can do. You cannot own a gun in any state if there is a federal disability although his office tried to make it seem like you could if you have certain documents. Any gun store does a federal background check so it doesn't matter what papers you have from Ohio, you still cannot own a gun legally. Very disappointed, wasted money on these guys. Find out if your conviction is federal or state before you hire a lawyer who takes you and your money for a ride."
