"I took me making 5 phone calls to two different H & R offices over the 6 weeks since I turned in my file to finally track down my file. I finally was able to locate a Brenda Walsh and she was very apologetic about my troubles and personally computed my return while I was sitting in her office. "The prices you are charging are ridiculous. Our tax professional used to do our taxes for less than half of what you charge. Every year since she has been with H&R we have lost a little more discount. It is time to look for another tax professional outside of H&R with reasonable prices. Especially considering I cannot itemize with the new tax laws. I can most likely do this myself with the same results. Just plugging numbers into a free online tax program. For $150 I wouldn’t even consider doing it myself. At $250 I’m upset that I didn’t do it myself or go elsewhere this tax season (and that was with a $75 discount applied) We were not told that we were losing a discount that we had gotten in the years past until after our taxes were prepared. It was nice doing business with you. We will miss Gia. She is an amazing Woman and great at her job."
