"I am literally sitting in my car in their parking lot. I had to leave the office because I just couldn't take it anymore. We're closing in on being here 4 hours and the return isn't done. "David" didn't have the knowledge to complete our return. He keeps going over the return, coming up with different figures. I'm hoping the supervisor can complete the return accurately. I do not recommend this location at all. I can do better myself for next year. *** The supervisor prepared our tax return at the 4th hour and all is well. Still not sure I'd return. The whole thing was very stressful."
