"Originally came to the store yesterday to try to get business flyer designed the original lady told me to put everything on paper like a drawing and then they would have a design team work it out came in today and they told me it has to be all electronic I'm like that's what I'm paying you to do is design it they said we don't do that just needs more proper communication I guess"

"The person who wouldn't help me at the Olentangy location was very put out and disrespectful to me. He clearly was counting down the minutes until he could leave for the day. He kept directing me to self service and rolling his eyes. I'm irate right now! Please hire Respectful employees. When I asked his name he said John Smith and gave me a thumbs up. It is Saturday December 2nd and he is working the Printing & Markeing counter on Olentangy at 3:56 pm."

"Morgan in TSA was absolutely fantastic! Despite how busy she was, she kept me informed as to how long my walk in would take (several hours) and kept coming out and making jokes with me and kept me entertained! I saw a few people get rude with her when she informed them of the long wait for walk-ins, but she stayed sweet and polite whole time. They still huffed off rudely. Please make sure you guys take care of her as she is an asset to ANY company!"
