"We had Bud’s Marine winterize our boat this past year. They did not properly cover the boat as we requested and they left the battery on which completely drained it. It was not a nice surprise to discover that this spring. Melissa in the service department would not tell us what safety items were missing and needed. She stated they were too busy. She was just unhelpful. There were a few other items they did not do, but I think I have made my point. The service was not what was expected; therefore, we cannot recommend them. Their response to my negative review is completely nonsensical and it is self-descriptive of the service and attitude we encountered. It is unfortunate that they spent more time responding to our review than what was spent properly servicing our boat."

"From the first moment we met Kevin, we enjoyed our experience at Bud's Marine. Kevin is very knowledgeable and quickly was able to understand our desires. My Wife and I both felt his sincerity and honesty as we quickly were lead to the options that were on our target list. We left without making any commitment, checked out several other places and called back the next day to seal the deal. Kevin had the paperwork completed when we returned and really made it quick and easy for us to make the purchase. The service was outstanding by all.
