"I went to this Staples branch for a Passport photograph for my family, the overall experience was good, the staff appeared courteous. The photographs provided were of real poor quality, ultra darker shade of browns. I could only think of following 3 reasons: 1. They have poor light or a bad camera or both 2. Their photographer is not skilled 3. It did cross my mind, perhaps their staff sees brown skinned people in a darker shade then they really are So, for photographs, I would not recommend this place."

"I will not use this location in the future for any office and/or Amazon drop off . The customer service representative does not know how to speak professionally or know how to prioritize her jobs!"

"Went there looking for a chair. Staff was friendly and was there to help. Bryant was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Very helpful and informative. I will now go out of my way to go to this location specifically because of Bryant and the other employees for their kindness and helpfulness in finding what I needed."

"Cashier was nice but I was there for a chair. Nobody ever asked if I needed help with getting a chair and we were just hanging out for a min. Finally I asked the closest child if I could get a hand with a chair. His response was very surprising he said well I'm trying to get this cart of stock out but sure I can come help you.......I'm still shocked like really, this is what customer service has come too children that have no sense on how to talk to a customer. Does the manager of this store really not teach his employees anything? I worked for this company 20 years ago and wow that is what it has become. No wonder nobody was in the parking lot."
