"Did not have a good experience. Had a lot of errors at closing which delayed us, with more errors that were caught post closing. I had to pay off my own loan at the bank because they messed up the pay off. Called numourous times, as did the bank, no one from Empire ever reached out to me at all. Not for clarification and not to appologize. Not sure what is going on with this outfit but it was not a good experience."
