"I can never get help when I need it, and they don't even have any kind of assistance on their website, even an AI chatbot would help! They tell me I'm on autopay, so my bill should come out of my bank by itself. Well, it doesn't! Then, when I go to manually pay it, there's always something wrong with the website and nobody can ever help me until my bill is late. Then I have to pay a reinstatement fee every time, even though it's their fault I'm late. I'd like to switch now, but I can't even get a hold of someone to cancel my policy, nor can I do it on the website by myself!"
