"Terrible experience. Plumber came to fix leaky toilet upstairs. After 10-15 minutes of work, he left and said work done. Went upstairs and flushed toilet and water poured out of the toilet tank. We Called him back for emergency service 6 times and he NEVER responded. But, he had the nerve to send a bill for his service! NEVER AGAIN! Terrible work and customer service. We called another plumber to come and help us as we had 8 people visiting. They saved the day! Customers beware!!!"

"Will never use this company again. John had to make three trips to fix a plumbing leak in the craw space that they should have found and repaired on the first visit. Was charged over $450 for the services which I gladly paid and then they charged an additional service call for the second and third trip to fix a problem that they did not fix on the first visit. UNBELIEVABLE. This company is in need of some employee training on plumbing leaks and some additional training in customer service."
