"On June 6 2022 we called them to come repair an up flush in our basement bathroom. He came and tore it apart so he could “order” parts. Well he didn’t put the upflush back together or tighten the screws down on the up flush. Now we’ve had water leaking in the basement and is spreading over to our finished family room. The carpet is soggy and mildewed, baseboards are ruined and molded. It is a mess!! Oh and we still haven’t heard back from him!! Terrible service and will cost lot of money to fix!"

"I paid this company $425 for 3 hours of work. Work that they only checked from outside not inside. I had a bad clog in my main line. A clog they claimed to fix. Within 5 minutes of them leaving I went to reset our toilet and water was spewing from the floor. The problem they claimed to fix was now worse. I called the next day to explain the job wasn't done. They said they would be out Friday... No call no show. I call again Monday... No answer. Tuesday no answer and leave a voicemail. Nothing. I figured a local company would come fix their unfinished job after charging me such a high price. I was wrong. So I called their competitor. They arrived in a timely manor. Fixed the problem and charged half of the price. They also did more work. I've never left a review of this nature ever. But people should be warned they took my money and ran."

"Workers came on the same day that I called...they even worked around my schedule so I would not have to leave work early. They replaced my water heater quickly and efficiently. Were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. After two days of cold showers we are very thankful for their quick service."

"From Start to finish they did a great job ! Showed up to give proposal when they said they would and worked the job in within a couple weeks installing a new water line from the city meter. The office was good at letting me know when the job would take place and when the crew would arrive. They arrived at 12:00 noon and the job was finished by 5:00 PM. I received three quotes and they were the lowest price of the three by little bit. They will be my go to plumbing company from now on for my rental properties. Thanks Jeff and Jenny Plumbing !"
