"This is the worst job I've ever worked for. They threw me to work the justice center building without any training. In fact their training is lackluster. They tried to fire me because my mom was in the hospital after having heart surgery. When that didn't work they made up some story to tell me I'm no longer able to work there and to turn in my resignation. The pay is horrible and the managers are unprofessional. Don't waste your time working here there are better options."
"I worked for the company for about a year. My situation is complex because they were working with the Va and I had employees from this company harassing and building complexes about me. They hacked my phone and basically drugged me while I was at work. I’m shedding light to this situation because they have been doing me dirty. I worked for the company and some members at this company are social media influencers and one of them was going through my backpack while I was relieveing them and underlying Bible versus. It gets worst. One of the individuals was a former army ranger and he was acting nice to me at first. But he was basically splitting hairs and talking about how veterans don’t know what they are doing. I reported them to the better business bureau for harassment and abuse."
"Worked with NSG for 6 years. One of the most enjoyable jobs I've ever worked but it wasn't perfect. Raises are based on contracts, and most contracts have no room for them at all. You aren't really an important piece of the company and you're treated as replaceable. For 6 years I made $12 an hour and during that time things were affordable so I was fine with it. My manager at the time (Phil cook) was awesome, showed constant respect and listened when I had a problem although there weren't many resolutions he could come to because he wasnt in control of said issues. I can't speak for other sites but the one I worked at was a solid gig and I only left because with prices on the rise $12 is not a survivable wage anymore. If I could go back with better pay I'd go without hesitation. Especially to my original site and shift."
"I visited the NSG office today to get my badge picture taken and was helped by a lovely lady named Tamara Jackson. She made the visit a highlight of my day because of her upbeat attitude. She is the perfect person to have at the front desk! Thanks Tamara!!"
"This company needs to really reevaluate the people they hire. After hearing my apartment building was hiring NRG security I felt a bit more safe than I did before, however I could not be more wrong. It was promised that security would patrol over night in the parking lots to ensure the safety and well being of our community and our assets. The NRG security guard named Gary or Garrett or what ever his name is who was “patrolling” the lot did not do his job at all. He provided us with misinformation on camera locations (he looked as if he didn’t even know where the cameras were located). He couldn’t even tell us what he was even doing during the 15 MINUTES the car was parked outside and had been broken into. He was very unprofessional with helping our friend who had their car broken into, even refusing to help her clean some of the glass from under her car/on her seat. He also informed us he would be outside patrolling the lot the entire night after the incident just to find that he had left not long after his statement. Not to mention as our friends were concerned asking him questions, he was laughing during the course of the interaction as if this situation was funny to him which was not only rude but extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as well. I don’t normally wish this upon people but with what was experienced, I believe he needs to be terminated from this position immediately. I wouldn’t EVER hire anyone from this company if this is the people they look to hire and represent their brand."
