"Do not go here… I would use anyone else.. never finished our taxes after dropping them Off. Missed out on the advance due to incomplete application or missing information (exactly what denial letter said from Republic bank). So now instead of getting direct deposit on the Amex Serve card, we’re stuck with a paper check.. I would have rather done TURBO TAX at this point.. atleast I would have finished the work… and customer service is horrible. They knew they messed up and have avoided calls emails and even in person meetings. Everytime we go to the office the person we’re looking for is suddenly not in the office yet we call before hand and their helping other clients.. horrible experience all around. Place should be shut down. Don’t waste the almost 600 you’ll spend here. Please please go anywhere else!!"

I came in on there customer appreciation day so I got a discount on my tax preparation that was awesome . It was a good vibe there everything went well.
