"We had our tax papers for a paid in full car. I mean like the day we bought it was paid off. But the tax Assosait refused to itemize it in our taxes . she even wouldn't tell us why we couldn't itemize. Me and my husband are married. So this should of receive more back for us. Any other rep we asked said it should of itemized in our taxes."

"Had an appointment at 9:00 am, with in person tax adviser. Apparently this office is doing they're own thing. You have the option to drop off or in person sit down, this place only allows you to drop off. I had an previous appt at a different office that where you have a sit down, I needed additional form so had to reschedule and this place had an opening. The receptionist is very rude, argued and not very professional. Do not come here."

"3rd year going to you great experience . David Polewski was great and actually made it fun! See you next year. Customer service is great. would have put five stars but I feel like it is a little bit expensive because my taxes were so simple but I know what to expect and it is consistent. For the ease of not having to do it myself and also know that it was done correctly I don't mind paying. I just recommend that you ask a lot of questions so that you don't feel confused or that there were any fees that you didn't know about. David was very upfront and helpful and made sure I knew about all the fees and about everything that was involved in my taxes including giving me advice for next year."
