"This is a VERY mixed review for this particular location. Instead of doing a 1 Star and a 5 star I’ll combine. Last year Kitty Brown did our taxes and we had no issues. No problems whatsoever. This year Wilma Day started ours and ROYALLY messed it up. When she was finished, it said we owed KY $1200. Couldn’t have been right. So we made a new appointment with Gus and he had to go in and fix EVERYTHING Wilma messed up. Gus did fantastic. We went from owing $1200 to getting a refund of almost that much. Wilma HAD NO IDEA what to do with us. She shouldn’t be employed as a tax specialist. We will go back to Gus or Kitty next year. Please DO NOT trust Wilma with your taxes!"
