"William Alexander screwed up my tax returns! An sadly hr block doesnt care one bit they are holding my money hostage due to their mistake! So they have both my state an federal return for some time! I will be seeking legal action. I paid for a service that wasn't completed awful customer service an half of those who answer the phones there i don't think they could spell "I" without looking it up. They will never recieve mine nor why of my families business again"

"Horrible do not trust William Alexander. He did my return wrong before thanksgiving and I found out over a month later of him doing the wrong. He got me alone in the office and tried to steal my tax documents he gave me 30 days ago. I refused… he fake screamed and kicked me out of the office because basically in the end he prepared my taxes for free and didn’t want to let me leave with the documents he said were mine! He’s lucid and I’m filing a police report along with call H and r block. Edit: I realized William Alexander stole my Drives License sitting right in front of him. I asked Patrice Jackson his boss to review video footage of Mr. Alexander and what he did and she is saying only parts of the store are on camera!! I want video of all of Mr. Alexander’s actions watched but I’m told he’s been with the company 16 years and there’s no way he acted inconsistent of the company policies of H and R block. These people are scary. I’m told if I file my taxes Mr Alexander will file a complaint with the IRS against me. Idc this is wrong. This was a 10k mistake and I have been threatened with theft. I didn’t steal anything. I took in my paperwork handed to me 30 days beforehand."
