"Had an appointment for 9am it’s now 9:25am and no employees and door is locked. Go somewhere else if you value your time. Very unprofessional I will choose another tax service from now on. 10 am still no one inside open sign is off very poor business practices. This location has had plywood over the smashed windows for months. Edit 3/17/23 Now features a tarp and plywood covering the roof and storefront. The siding of their place of business can be found on the ground and throughout the neighborhood.I guess a government agency will have to step in and force H&R Block to fix the dilapidated state of the building since H&R Block will never do this on their own."
