"IRS received a wrong information last year. We are only using you this year because Kathleen helped us. She knew what was going on.. Last lady Mrs. S. Williams messed our taxes up badly and LIED on us. She was evil to us an we was treated aweful by everyone up until Kathleen helped fix what she could. I wish I could rate Kathleen without H & R Block but it is impossible. She deserves a million stars! People read the fine print. Peace of mind covers very little if they mess up. Plus imagine them messing up and lying on you too. Very traumatic experience, hurtful, an left us owing a mess. They did try to make it right after a long battle, an a very smart caring woman stepped in. But we still owed more than we could afford sadly!!!!!! ... Never again..."
