It's rare these days for people to adjust on the fly and assist others."

"I scheduled an appointment that was supposed to be a week ago it was cancelled I rescheduled it for today went and was told that my appointment wasn't scheduled until 2pm even though I scheduled and having a Gmail verifying it was supposed to be today at 1pm I went back at 2pm and still nothing just called back and was told I have to try again tomorrow I am being constantly lied to and very disappointed in there professionalism I do not recommend"

"Don't feel like the people were trying to help or give us tax advice. I had to ask 100 questions on a topic that I'm not familiar with and at some point it seem like they were completing the form without explaining what they were doing. The person I had seemed to be better, but my boyfriend's advisor was not as helpful and gave different advice from my tax preparer. But nothing illegal was done. I guess it just depends on who you get to prepare your taxes for the best results."
