"The tax professional was very pleasant, knowledgeable. She had my return completed in a timely manner. Explained what and why the return turned out as it did. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge with the tax system. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to review the return. It's rare these days for people to adjust on the fly and assist others."

"I scheduled an appointment that was supposed to be a week ago it was cancelled I rescheduled it for today went and was told that my appointment wasn't scheduled until 2pm even though I scheduled and having a Gmail verifying it was supposed to be today at 1pm I went back at 2pm and still nothing just called back and was told I have to try again tomorrow I am being constantly lied to and very disappointed in there professionalism I do not recommend"

"The people we have clicked with there are no longer with you. The lady who did it this year we just didn't click with and felt like we were just another #. I just think it might be time for change. Didn't like the price also and for the first time wasn't given a offer to give us a discount."

"Don't feel like the people were trying to help or give us tax advice. I had to ask 100 questions on a topic that I'm not familiar with and at some point it seem like they were completing the form without explaining what they were doing. The person I had seemed to be better, but my boyfriend's advisor was not as helpful and gave different advice from my tax preparer. But nothing illegal was done. I guess it just depends on who you get to prepare your taxes for the best results."
