"We were long-term customers of the original Ałesci's in S. Euclid. They closed their business a few years ago, and we mourned the loss of a great source of Italian and other ethnic foods and ingredients. However, when we moved closer to the North Coast, we discovered that the store on Lakeshore, not far from our new residence, was a clone of the old store. Though owned by a different family, we could not see a meaningful difference! That's a GREAT THING. They offer an outstanding selection of Italian and other ethnic products. They actually have a REAL bakery in the store that is amazing! They have a real deli that has a variety of cheese & meats as well as prepared foods. They are the REAL DEAL!!"
