"If I could give this office a 0 I would. My husband and I have been loyal customer of this Liberty Tax for over 5 years. This year we got a tax preparerer that was not educated with preparing taxes. Unfortunately this person did not fill out paperwork out correctly and in doing so our taxes were withheld by a government agency that should have never received our taxes. Along with our taxes our stimulus was also wrongly withheld. After reaching out to liberty tax for the last two months the only thing that they can tell me is that they can't do anything until the IRS starts answering phone calls( which who knows when that may happen) so that they can find out what to do to correct the issues. Apparently there is no one at this Liberty Tax office that is educated enough in tax services to correct the mistake that they made. So at this time of need my family is suffering financially due to the mistake this company made and will not do anything to correct it or to help their loyal customers. So from personal experience I WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE BY THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT THEM DONE CORRECTLY."
